These are the tires the car came with 2023.

Any thoughts on the wear pattern on these tires Goodyear Eagle Touring at 12k miles? Tires still have some tread left but the front tires are shredding while the rears look fine. I've never seen tread shred like this.

Vehicle failed PDI, they’ve replaced 12v battery but still throws an error. They have a new gateway module in hand, but dealer isn’t allowed to install it without corporate approval and corporate is being unresponsive. Who can I reach out to at regional (NE) or national (US) level to make this...

Ours was not at the MA dealer as of yesterday, but they will ship it to us in FL when it arrives.

FWIW, we talked to sales today. They said it was “checked in” today. Said that it still had to go through customs Before it could ship. I hope it remembered its passport and did not try to smuggle anything in.
