FYI, here’s what Siem Aristotle, which is about 24 hours ahead of us, is doing. Unfortunately, it looks like we’d likely arrive too late to offload before the 2 day Christmas holiday. 26th is what is showing on Davisville schedule, so that should be valid.

Although our TYD is showing Mid Jan for delivery, the local general manager seems confident that it will arrive this year unless there is a “program” and they have to do something at the port.

Felicity Ace arrival at Davisville is now showing Dec 26. Stupid Christmas. ;-). Just kidding!

Here’s some good news-pilot assignments: Siem Aristotle leaves today at 3PM LT and Felicity Ace arrives at 4:30 tomorrow AM. Hopefully Felicity Ace follows a similar schedule and leaves tomorrow around 3PM.

Let’s hope so and that 23 is real for Davisville, otherwise we lose a few days. Davisville is expecting FA on the 24th when the port is closed.

I saw the same picture and my first thought was “oops, we’re going to Canada, not Mexico…”

I figure that Felicity Ace will lap Siem Aristotle at this rate. ;-).

If you look at her track, Siem Aristotle sat in the english channel for a while-my guess is they were waiting out the hurricane conditions. She is not that far ahead of Felicity Ace at this point.

They are making good headway, with following seas and wind abeam. Just under 17kt.

FWIW, Davisvill is expecting it on Dec 23.

Unfortunately, this means it gets to Davisville on Dec 23 and the port is closed for the 24th and 25th.

No question about the accuracy of TYD. I use a combo of what it is saying and outside sites. TYD says mine’s leaving on 12/10 on FA. VW shipping schedule and RI port schedule are consistent (assuming we leave the port on FA).

Mine is the same. Arrived Nov 18, due to be ON Felicity Ace Dec 10, but I don’t expect it to update until the boat has left the dock.
