thanks mate. I’ve already booked it in now. I’ll manage until then. I won’t be getting another Taycan or the EV Macan. Not worth the glitches and failures. I don’t trust their electronics. My rusted under restoration 69 911T is more reliable ?
Well I was wondering if I’d managed to escape the dreaded heater failure! But nope it happened last night. Car is UK leased I’ve had it since July 2021. Waiting for the dealer to open then give them a call. Pretty crap. Is what it is. Such a shame as it’s a great car to drive but so glitchy.
I’ve had my MY22 Taycan RWD for a year this week. Done 13600 miles. It’s been mildly glitchy software wise but no more than my Audi I had before it and my BMW before that. Never had the heater issue. Had a planned recall. All in all it’s been an ace car so far. Like people have said. Rarely do...
Mine was a very thorough walk through on how the car worked, the apps etc. I got the Porsche floor mats and a pair of Porsche key chains for the keys. Wasn’t the best but wasn’t the worst. Was ok.
Got my crayon grey RWD last July. 11,000 miles in and love it. Mine is my daily driver. Ace car. I’ll get an ST next time as how have a dog. Will see if I can stretch to a 4S.
I have the standard system in my RWD. Had it since July last year. I’ve got tinnitus and definitely the start of noise induced hearing loss so for me the standard system is fine. High performance car sound systems don’t interest me. However I can tell It’s not as good as my Audi’s Bose system...
The guys a click bait tool. Yes it’s irritating when charging points are broken but he’s just foolhardy. Bet he’s one of those that runs his ICE car down to single figure mile fuel range too. As people have said. Poor planning.
I haven’t. I said my first experience as a customer was crap. I haven’t condemned the whole IONITY network. I was quite excited as to using it having done 10k miles since last july and this being the first time. But it he was broken, another wasn’t working, all were full and other than a one in...
Like I said. They aren’t in my area of the uk so my first experience is crap. No doubt plenty of you all have a lovely time with IONITY but my first customer experience wasn’t great.
Yesterday I drove from home In Sunderland to Sheffield and back for a team meeting. I had planned to do a quick stop on the way back at the Gridserve fast chargers at Wetherby services on the A1M. Enough to get me home then charge full as I usually do. When I left Sheffield I put home into my...
Done quite a few uk trips now. Put almost 9k miles since last July. I use the Porsche nav with a Zap Map check if using chargers. I’ve considered getting Zap Map premium but haven’t bothered yet.
MY22 7400 miles since July 2022. I live in NE England so pretty cold winters. Daily driver and my heaters are still
Working. Had a weird 24hrs late December where the heaters weren’t blowing hot air then it seemed to fix its self. No issues since.
Hi mate. I have this charger. I don’t use the charger profile to set charging times. I use the Porsche app. Never had an issue charging. Here are screenshots of my Easee charger settings. Hope this helps.
