Found a 2024 CPO CT 4S demo with 1k miles at a Porsche dealership. Msrp $155k. Cross fingers on what the 24 month lease looks like.
Only nit are the 20" wheels with all seasons. Don't need that in LA. But, maybe for the vicious potholes, 20" might be better.

Thank you for that spreadsheet. That's something I would do.
You're not kidding. The values have dropped like a rock. As a small biz owner, I can deduct the lease entirely. Whereas the depreciation and assorted deductions when the car is depreciating so rapidly are not nearly the same.
I see...
I agree if I only look at the dollars. Thank you for the tip. Imho, that car is "artificially" high. Tons of $$$ on stuff I would never pay for - I stopped calculations when I got to $15k in options for seats and trim and there's more than that. More like a $120k car with expensive lipstick...
Thx.
The 10k mile car is local and $10k more than the 33k mile with the $142k sticker.
Thx for the link to the guy selling his CT. Unfortunately it is bare spec and not a 4S.
Although at that price, maybe I can live with a 4 vs. 4S?
Found another one
22 CT 4s. A little less in price but more options.

Been searching on Carguru nationwide and not seeing better deals. All much higher mileage or $5k to $10k higher with performance package. Was hoping now was the good time. Not looking like it.
Running the #s, warranty runs out in 2026 so after that, resale will only fall faster.
Here are the options

No. Waiting to get more info on pricing. Dealer is not a Porsche dealer. Car is not CPO. Looking at lease and monthly is brutal. If I get it, I may just buy it and sell it when warranty expires.
Dealer asking $80k. Supposedly this is close to their cost. Friend is sales mgr of sister dealership.
What's the lowest feasible price on this? Buy or lease? Corporate car.
I'm looking to replace my SUV with a CT 4S and wanted to know if this would be a practical solution.
I'd be traveling to/from Los Angeles to Lompoc. I'm planning on recharging full before returning.
Cases have dimensions of 14"x10"x12" and weigh 45 lbs.
I've done the calculations with Chatgpt...
