They have been extremely helpful, without them would have been a nightmare. Because the wheel is not covered under warranty as cracked they say it’s been in an accident (pothole) so not covered. They’ve hired all the cars to get me back to England. Best £270 I’ve spent this year ?

Turn of in octopus app and control your timer from Porsche or your charger , in my case Andersen. Start at 11.30-0530 . Porsche set to charge 85%. Girl at octopus told me as they’re system wants to control everything. No problems since. Hope it works for you.
