I now have the problem that the right hand port ( driver’s side for me ) is stuck open and won’t charge either AND the left hand side won’t open. The warning light states that the left hand side is “impaired”. Last time something similar happened, it righted itself, but it’s been 48 hours now...

Thank you for your responses. I think I have stopped it, by tuning in to a radio station and then pausing it. I don’t use Apple Music at all. Can’t say I’m impressed with the PCM. Or maybe it’s me.

Every time I get in the car, the media-system picks up my i-phone play list and starts to play it, whether I want it to or not. Is there any way of stopping this happening before it starts ?

I think the extended options list is there for people to personalise their car to their own taste. Customers should be able to expect that their £100k car is fully loaded with all relevant safety measures - these should not be extras. For that matter, neither should fold-back mirrors, to name...
