It sure does! In settings under ‘Comfort’ you’ll find it as the last option in ‘Ambient Lighting’ as ‘Dynamic’ mode. I didn’t notice myself, until I sat in the garage by myself listening to music and noticed the lights changed.
I agree it could be more instructive when Porsche implement new...
After this software update I noticed the other day that purple colour, among others, appears when setting the interior lightning in dynamic mode. The scheme changes with the mood of music choice, not like disco beat, but new colour after each track. That means it's possible in future updates for...
Me neither, but I was hoping for the same . . . Hopefully remote locking will be implemented, as it should be minor task for Porsche to fix on a software update. Fingers crossed?
Definitely RAS . . . driving skills possibly . . . or perhaps you are equipped with the same Porsche super power as some of us here on TaycanForum (from now on known as PSP)? :giggle:
Rear axel steering is definitely noticeable when hatch parking on tight spots, or when taking a U-turn. In higher speed, I'm uncertain if its that perceptible, but the driving feeling when changing lane back and forth in fast motion is great though!
I don't regret my choice of ordering this...
Maybe we can suggest for Porsche on the next software upgrade, a "cleaning-mode" when whashing our Taycans, similar like the "jack-mode" when changing our wheels? Just a thought . . .
I got the same issue, and asked my Porsche Center about it again on Friday last week when I delivered my TBS for software update (March 26th). They informed me that head office in Germany are well aware of the problem, and that the factory are working on a fix for alle vehicles affected. As of...
Thanks guys for your kind feedback! This was all very revealing and relaxing. I would hate to complain at something I love so much as my Porsche
Something I've been wondering about for a while: The glass roof on my Jet Black TBS is blue from above, and sometimes purple in lower angel when raining, but never not total black as my previous Mercedes S-class. Is it suppose to be like this, or did someone on the factory accidentally pick the...
- Better zoom in 3D-view when parking, and more control not damaging the wheels on curbs
- Improved sensitivity on comfort access opening front and rear trunk with the body gestures
My Taycan Turbo S did luckily not blow up, and it's still all in one piece including all four wheels :CWL:
I picked it up yesterday, after staying over the weekend at Porsche Center Son. The update took about nine hours, which included my charger. Everything in the systems works smoothly. I'm...
I especially liked this one:
"Another of the updates is optimised chassis control, which improves slip control and therefore acceleration in the Taycan Turbo S. With this, the sprint from zero to 200 km/h takes just 9.6 seconds in conjunction with Launch Control – so it is 0.2 seconds faster...
I got the e-mail about new available system software for my Taycan today, and will get it installed in my TS on Friday already.
Just in case I booked in advance a couple of weeks ago, and was just about to postpone the appointment before the email dropped in my inbox. The software will...
I do not know if it is a coincidence or a connection, but I see that Suncoast now sells a CD to detect and locate squeaks in the car. Either way, this item fits perfectly with our theme in this post we are discussing . . . as these sounds are real "quality squeaks and rattles" recorded in...
