PDACPA: That is a sweet looking car! My Gentian Blue 4S finished at the JAX port on 8/3 but still holding. It is headed to PEC Atlanta, someday lol. Dealer says waiting on one chip, but I no longer believe him. This waiting is agonizing.

Hey, that is easily fixed. When I was in high school, a friend had an old Dodge 4 dr and took a hacksaw to it and chopped the top off and bolted all the doors shut. Made a great party car. Back then he bought it for $35. so you know how old I am.

I thought that the phone pad under the middle console had some sort of wifi to boost the phone signal so that may be what needs the chip.

I think mine is finally almost, almost, almost ready as TYD no longer shows it at the JAX port, nor PEC Atlanta...just nothing. Been at zero days for 2 weeks now. Maybe they lost it or finally ready to shoot me an e-mail, or their servers are screwed up again ?? I feel like an expectant father.

My car was on the Bishu Highway and TYD says either still in JAX or at PEC ATL since 8/1, take your choice, but either way not getting to me. No idea why. I presume missing some chips?

A. You were looking for a new Electric car and found the Taycan. Looked at the Lucid, but began to wonder if it will ever be built, and passed on the MS as it's too stale in design and heard too much about lousy build quality, plus I hate elon.

If there are any construction projects on your daily route, change your route. Here in Florida, it is not uncommon unfortunately. I've always felt like my tires have magnets. Understand your pain tho.

Does that apply to cars at PEC ATL? Mine finally got there & I am waiting to hear something soon.

Had this with a previous car and found that replacing the cabin air filter with one that was "carbonized" killed any smells.

The Car & Driver test said that the Taycan was made as a 4 door because they needed the extra room for the battery pack design/range. I guess Porsche could stack some of the batteries behind the front seat? I am for the coupe as well!
