The wheels are dipped in an acid solution overnight to completely strip them before powder coating. This is no different than what Porsche will do with a colour change but half the price.
I have had a 4S since new but always loved the GTS Spyder wheels so had my Spyder wheels resprayed Satin Black . I think they contrast well with the Ice grey and love them .

Just delete the charge stop from your PCM screen, this seems to clear the default 22% for future journeys. Try setting up 10% at destination in your Porsche app . It should work!
