Yes I have it on a my21 without active parking. On the lower you act like you want to select an icon aside the camera. So when you on the menu on the left you swipe right, till you hear that you selected something, but nothing turns orange. Than push/select and the view changes.

Just got a workaround in another thread. 3d works in the surround view only options. Just just can’t see the icons as a software bug.

I once read you have to klick in one edge with 2 fingers. Could not find it anymore, would be handy to use while driving.

And I got a lot of fantasy answers allready.

GOT IT!!!!!!!?? now I understand! you have to navigate to the icon, which you actually not see. it is like they are left and right beside the cameras but outside of the screen! Hard to discripe.

Sadly tracking around the camera in my my21 does not work with only having surround view. Seems like you only get this with the active parking now. :-( In my testing Taycan my20 it worked without active parking I wish I had known this before.
