Lesson learned. I had decided I would indeed stop at #2 since even if I made it to Conroe I would need 50 miles to get back to a charge and I was initially confident I could make it on 85%.

I have no problem at Electrify America....With my 22 Taycan it is already registered and I use the Connect app and it auto signs me in. It is the Porsche Dealers I need to authenticate me AT the dealers to use theirs.

I have not tried it anywhere else. Sorry. I need to figure out where it may be useful so I can show my wife when she drives. I do use the dash screen that gives a birds eye view from above which shows how close I am to curbs and front back as well. That works well.

I went in this morning and everything worked as it should. I suspect it was erratic last night because I had just paired her phone and it was downloading address book and perhaps the CPU was over utilized to do too much at once...All seems as it should though this morning.
