I’m getting pissed off now, ordered nov21, was originally told a build date of May 22, actual build date was sept 22 but still waiting for a battery with no idea of a delivery date and the car it’s replacing is going today.

Dippa down November 21, was third on the list, two dropped out, car is built and still waiting for a battery.

My car was ready for shipping 17/09/22, JCT have no idea when it’s going to be delivered, no information coming from the factory.

I had the same, OPC said ignore, they also said stored cars would be getting the batteries first to free up space…………who knows ?

We’ve had 991 GT3 and GTS , both without Bose and didn’t have a problem selling them, I really can’t see the point of specifying an expensive sound system in a car, I’m from the north U.K. and we are notorious for being tight ?…….I won’t pay for metallic paint either ?

Looks like our GTS will be worthless used ? we didn’t spec Bose, listening to music is way down on our list of priorities when buying a car.

We’ve just gone stage 5, car being shipped……………..we’ll see if it arrives.

I’ve just got stage 4, car is produced and waiting for batteries but they are still saying it will be shipped on 13 September.

Update last week, mines still due to leave the factory 23 August.

Type 2 plugs/sockets, end to end will charge from a wall mount EV charger, these need to be bought separately , the Mobil charger Porsche and other manufactures supply won’t fit a type 2 socket. I install EV chargers for a living.

I think your getting mistaken by the plugs fitted to the charge leads. Some commercial properties and car parks, in the past, had 16amp commando type sockets fitted to charge cars, quicker than the normal 3 pin 13 amp plug type, never seen a 32 amp commando socket installed for car charging.

Still not sure the Tycan will be used for our long trips.

Porsche have persisted in making chocolate engines for far longer than RWS has been on the scene, according to your analogy………………why do they keep getting it wrong ?

Agree with the expense, it’s on another level to cars, think I had a Gallardo last time we met. just locked the spec, delivery July.
