This i an informative thread, interesting to see what choices others are making.

Thanks to “beye” we learned that we can go to the French Taycan configurator, change wheels (and indivual other options), then click on the “Apercų”, then on “Doneés Techniques” and see the km range differences listed each Taycan wheel in kilometers. But the link is for the Taycan 4 Cross...
All went super nicely for my wife (with bad arthritis and a really bad right elbow), her easily getting in and out right away (without the car’s lift setting being used to raise it though we did put her seat up to max height) before testing it.
She found the 18 way bolsters more an impediment...
Thank you. We are excited and hope for the best tomorrow. We get in and out our C8 Z06 but that is an “occasion” vehicle whereas we are wanting the Taycan to become our daily driver replacing our current EV SUV. Thanks again.
Re getting in and out, am I correct that the shape of the Taycan’s “B” pillar and its front door size is identical whether a “sedan” version or a Cross Turismo. Tomorrow is trying out day for my wife and me (both in our 70’s).
TU.
Thanks for all your contributions. If you have already shared your Macan EV build on another forum, would you please link it, or just share here its build configuration. Thank you so much Dave for all.
Yes now the “electric” badging is standard/required — just like on the Macan (though it is on that configurator). If not going to get Taycan via a a lease, will have Goo Gone and fishing line waiting for my car’s arrival in my garage to first thing remove it.

The old cost benefit analysis — but in this case the issue of whether to only PPF, OR to only ceramic coat, OR to do both has a time-expediency cost too.
I see myself as a temporary pristine-vehicle keeper. Whether I keep it for three years as in a lease of an EV, or even ten years when I...
I too always liked the Mission E look but never the “running mascara on the corner of its eyes” (sorry but that was a what a friend described it the first day we went to a Porsche dealer to initially see one and can not un-hear that).
However anyone who owns either is so fortunate!
Every 0.01 Coefficient of Drag reduction translates to better range. The 2025 Taycans are have a reduction in CD in every model of at least 0.01.
The comments above about “change for the sake of change” are factually wrong. Does not every one of us want greater range. Perhaps not someone who...
Anyone know the exact time of its presentation? Doing back of napkin timing based on Kyle’s video (thanks JonoNZ), it should be around 5:00 am EST, Wednesday (US time) tomorrow . I am just enough of a crazy gearhead I would get up literally at any hour of the day or night to watch it...
Per the Porsche press release we will be seeing the refreshed Taycan shortly; the exactly language from the Porsche press room yesterday was:
“The extensively revised Taycan will be presented in a few days.”
That fits in with two folks saying the official revised Taycan revealed is this coming...
I am sure that Porsche did not change it for the sake of visual change but instead figured out how to further lower the coefficient of drag with this change. Personally I prefer it but I understand why others would prefer the pre-2025 appearance.
