Well in this day and age, after every store out comes the Purell. But I assume I am not alone. Not anymore the case now but for sure in the past months
No rings, extremely clean hands (and because of that very dry, but still.....) and standard interior. I believe the wheel is still covered in leather.
On my previous 911 there was zero deterioration on standard leather anywhere with the same mileage.

Now I love my 4S. I drive it as much as I can. But after 14,000 miles the leather on the steering wheel and on the passenger seat is starting to show some marks that I do not consider acceptable for this kind of mileage.

Real nightmare story. Without considering all the safety risks that come with it. Glad you’re ok. Ultimately, it’s just a car and the way I see it, at 2am I leave it there and whatever happens, it’s going to be tomorrow’s problem.
