My observation shows that the flaps close as soon as one starts to drive. They are open only if there is a need for additional cooling or the car is switched to the sport mode. So they are not exposed, but mostly closed. They do open once the car is stopped and not operated.

Every country has own warranty period. Here in Scandinavia we have just 2 years warranty on German cars. Nevertheless, when you buy one from a dealer, they typically provide you with 1 additional year of warranty. After that, you can buy additional years whenever you like.

Agreed, Porsche forbids partial towing. It must be either loaded on a truck or towed when all 4 wheels are on the ground (can only be done in case of emergency)
