If you have PDCC but not meter then assume must be different chips. The technician did say chips, so guess plural? Matrix lights was removed from the Configurator when I ordered, so knew the chip shortage there.

Nope, total novice on this. Didnt know was a Shell Charger till got there. But if they know it's not working surely it's not rocket science for the sat nav program to be linked Into charger networks?
