I did the 12v battery disconnect for 5 min, and when it came back on the LTE icon was there. Let it sit locked for a bit (hour maybe) and now it works!

its dead everywhere. those symbols with cross-through are always there now, no matter where i am. i've tried rebooting, no dice.

my car recently stopped updating the servers. it basically has no data connection anymore. the icons on the dash seem to indicate it lost its ability to use the LTE modem - before on top, after on the bottom.

mine, too, is intermittent. no real discernable pattern. I did at one point delete the one by my house so i could recreate it further away (give it more time to lift). I'm also a Porsche Austin customer but they can't have my car to troubleshoot :)

I’m surprised how much i like auto regen. I love coasting but it’s nice that it knows not to just coast right up to the car in front of you. All in all it’s smart enough to behave exactly as you would expect it to, especially if you watch the little triangle on the left ‘tube’.

will try Sport mode and see how that goes. I'm pretty surprised and how harsh the shift is when you gun it in Normal mode. it starts to go, then hesitates, and then slams into a new gear and jumps. def not the smooth experience it should be.

Drives me crazy that the touchpad doesn’t work with CarPlay. My BMW iDrive knob could navigate CarPlay just fine, so i know its possible. I hate navigating the top center screen with the AC blowing - hand gets cold :)

It’s the “dive into the PCM” part i have a question about. Is there a menu item or way to navigate to that enables the cameras manually? I’ve clicked around everywhere and kind find anything.

I got my car and iPhone 14 on the same day. Cell reception has been crap since (Verizon) and i have the insulated glass + pano. I happen to like the noise and heat insulation (in Texas). There isn’t any noticeable tint on the side windows but the roof is tinted well enough to not need extra.

In my car, that center console lower left turns on the automatic parking screen. I can’t find anywhere in the car to turn on the cameras even at slow speed.
