Has anyone in the UK managed to fit puddle lights to a Taycan that didn’t originally have them and only have the red plastic in place?

When you charge a pb+ to 100% from zero, are you putting in the usable amount 83.7KwH or the full amount of 93.4KWH. Sorry if this has been asked before. I’m doing a rebalance of my battery so charging to100%. Thanks
