it's not horrible having to use the app rather than having it start automatically, and I would certainly put up with that if I get free charging after mine expires next May :)

They're the ones who told me to do a factory reset - I've now emailed customer service to let them know that didn't fix the problem...

Well, the factory reset did not fix the problem - EA still does not recognize my car even though Activate Plug & Charge is checked - charging it through the Porsche app works, but the reset did not fix the plug & charge problem.

Thanks - I just did the reset - I'll now keep fingers crossed that that will fix the car not being recognized at the charger...

Since my software update a month or two ago, plug & charge at EA doesn't seem to work. I get a guest/member screen on the EA charger and can use the MyPorsche app to start charging at no cost, but in the year I've had my '22 GTS until a couple of months ago it has always recognized my car and...

I had made an appointment a month ago to have the passenger heater replaced - called the day before and no part available so made an appointment for yesterday and they replaced it in a day...

I've never noticed those rivets - just felt mine and they're smooth...

Just picked up my car from its 2-year service, but Sidecar is still showing 4 open maintenance items from that service - I don't see them in the Porsche app ... not a big deal but wondering if I can clear them in the Sidecar app?
