Plug & Charge is Activated but doesn't work?

Since my software update a month or two ago, plug & charge at EA doesn't seem to work. I get a guest/member screen on the EA charger and can use the MyPorsche app to start charging at no cost, but in the year I've had my '22 GTS until a couple of months ago it has always recognized my car and started charging immediately without the app. "Activate Plug & Charge" is checked - am I overlooking something? Porsche support suggested I do a factory reset but before I do I wanted to check here - thanks!

Same here, it the only way to correct the issue, it’s not only Porsche.

my car is like that too, it started early July for me, i called 1800porshce and they told to me do the factory reset, if that doesn't work then they will escalated to a different team to investigate.

IIRC the factory reset forces the car to download the new certificate from the server. It should get P&C functioning properly again.

Well, the factory reset did not fix the problem - EA still does not recognize my car even though Activate Plug & Charge is checked - charging it through the Porsche app works, but the reset did not fix the plug & charge problem.

I did the reset but haven't charged since last week, did you call 1800porsche to have them somehow fix the issue?

They're the ones who told me to do a factory reset - I've now emailed customer service to let them know that didn't fix the problem...

Same for me. P&P has stopped working since early July. I can still start charge by the Porsche app.
The funny thing is, my 3 year contract expired recently, and it's still free... Messed up in multiple levels I guess. I'll be happy to take this if it'll be free for good.

it's not horrible having to use the app rather than having it start automatically, and I would certainly put up with that if I get free charging after mine expires next May :)

Mine still doesn't work after factory reset. So I kinda gave up and deactivated it.
Charing is still free, so I won't complain...

Same for me about automatic charging not working any more even after a factory reset - but you can still complain just a little bit :)
