I wouldn't be surprised if that was the issue with ours. Initially our PCM was missing a lot of apple (Apple Music, charging planner, etc). Dealer had the car for a day to do a reset, that did nothing. Issue was escalated to PAG and they had to reset everything on the back end. Almost seemed like a token was never issued. After that data base reset, we did the enrollment again and everything works, except for P&C. It's nuts how bad support is in PCNA and PAG. And you have to push and push in order to get the issue to somebody that can actually fix it on the back end.
This is pretty much the same as our situation. P&C was working until the dealer did a reset during the software update.

Hi folks, any update on this issue? Just came back from my dealer, They are saying check with service or have an appointment to have them look at it.

What is the process to initiating charging from My Porsche App?
They finally got my plug and charge to work by doing a full factory reset, and replacing the charging computer. Adam at Porsche USA oversaw the process. Apparently when my EA account number was changed the software in the vehicle was unable to update to the new account number. I would call 800 PORSCHE and speak to Adam as he is the specialist in the area.

Were you able to get it all fixed over the phone? or did you have to take your ride to dealership?

I made a quick video to show how to manually initiate charging at EA through the My Porsche app. Hope it helps...

Hi all - I apologize if this has been answered already, but I have a 22 CT4 and have basically never been able to use Plug N Charge. I've only done it through the app. Is there a specific software setting in the car or on the app that has to be enabled (that you know of), or should it have worked right out of the box (so to speak). Any info is much appreciated - I am in Los Angeles btw.

Don't suppose any of the other folks with Plug and Charge issues had that when they first got their cars? Just picked up my '22 Taycan 4S 9/1, added a credit card the my porsche account, the My Porsche App under Charging Service says "Charging Service valid. Ready for charging", and I have "Activate Plug and Charge" Selected from menu in the car. Just plugged in to EA station where PnC worked on my Mach E and it gave the dreaded "Payment Declined" message... Looks like I should be able to work around this using My Porsche app in the future (thanks, Hirschaj!) but that looks rather tedious...

Also curious if folks charge past the 30 minutes Porsche gives us free, what kind of rates EA will charge beyond that?
