This is pretty much the same as our situation. P&C was working until the dealer did a reset during the software update.I wouldn't be surprised if that was the issue with ours. Initially our PCM was missing a lot of apple (Apple Music, charging planner, etc). Dealer had the car for a day to do a reset, that did nothing. Issue was escalated to PAG and they had to reset everything on the back end. Almost seemed like a token was never issued. After that data base reset, we did the enrollment again and everything works, except for P&C. It's nuts how bad support is in PCNA and PAG. And you have to push and push in order to get the issue to somebody that can actually fix it on the back end.
They finally got my plug and charge to work by doing a full factory reset, and replacing the charging computer. Adam at Porsche USA oversaw the process. Apparently when my EA account number was changed the software in the vehicle was unable to update to the new account number. I would call 800 PORSCHE and speak to Adam as he is the specialist in the area.Hi folks, any update on this issue? Yes, it was in my case. The people at 800 Porsche were basically useless. An individual named Adam finally figured it out, and then directed the service manager at the dealership.so it's both a software, and hardware issue?
From main menu click Charging, then in the lower right hand corner click the three dots which will send you to the next screen where you activate Plug & Charge.Hi all - I apologize if this has been answered already, but I have a 22 CT4 and have basically never been able to use Plug N Charge. I've only done it through the app. Is there a specific software setting in the car or on the app that has to be enabled (that you know of), or should it have worked right out of the box (so to speak). Any info is much appreciated - I am in Los Angeles btw.
