I have a friend who has a 2020 4S. Supposedly all required software updates have been installed.

1. Is Plug N Charge a feature now available for 2020 4S, or is it only available from Porsche on newer models?
2. If the 2020 or a later year model has a setting like "enable Plug N Charge", and that setting can be enabled on the menu, does that mean that the car should be able to use Plug N Charge?

I have read here that some cars which did not have Plug N Charge originally have it now. Is that true for 2020 model year cars?

I have all current updates installed on my MY20 4S no Plug n Charge available. Not even a greyed out enable option.

no plug & charge for 2020 models - to my knowledge it requires both a hardware and software change - it is unlikely this feature will ever be enabled on 2020 models or a retrofit made available (but not impossible if Porsche changes it’s mind)

2021 and later is required for Plug&Charge support…

my friend has an Audi eTron SUV - has the same question about enabling it on his 2021 Audi - his service guys pretend to not even know what he’s talking about - so the VW/Audi/Porsche group has a mixed record in this space I would not expect universal adoption until the 2024 VW/Audi/Porsche model year vehicles…
