UK E-tron GT owner here. Audi quoted £700 ish for my two year service which would have included brake fluid.
I pushed back on that as had the brake recall done (at the same shop) two months previously.
They agreed it would need to be done again so reduced fee to £400.
I was happy with that...
I did a 500 mile round trip with 2 bikes up top a month or so back and only lost around 10% efficiency.
Saying that the losses are mitigated by more - let’s say - sensible driving with two bikes on the roof.
I live in a fairly unpopulated corner of the UK so can stretch the cars legs on some...
I went shopping for a CT 4S over a year ago but was told > 12 months for delivery so ordered and received an Audi e-tron GT within 3 months specced with pretty much everything. It's basically a 4S with lots of options ticked.
I have it on a three year lease, so 2 years left and will definitely...
I agree with the sentiment here but also struggle with it at the same time.
I'm lucky enough to not having to use public chargers very often. I normally do less than 250 miles a week and have offroad parking and my own 7kw charger so all gucci.
Last week though I went for a cheeky long...
I'm not sure how Webasto are still in business. This affects many different makes and models.
My previous car, a Land Rover PHEV had two replacement HV heaters within the first 10,000 miles.
In the UK the green flash comes as standard though you can ask the supplying dealer to fit regular plates or change them afterwards.
As I've stated on another thread I honestly believe they act as a theft deterent from thieving scumbags who actively avoid EV's unless on a very specific steal to...
Funnily enough I was in the same boat - though ended up with E-Tron GT as Porsche also quoted 12 months for delivery.
I had placed a deposit on a new RR Sport PHEV but after two price rises and still an 18 month quoted wait I had a rethink.
Decided to jump in to BEV rather than PHEV (no...
i‘be got the Taycan roof bars and bike carriers. Fit like a glove and do not touch any of the paintwork.
They do not fit the GT with the carbon roof though, only the panoramic roof.
I would have loved a Taycan 4S CT but the lease incentives and (much more importantly) promise of a 3 month factory order got me in a Quattro GT.
On pretty much identical spec I ended up £250 per month lower than the 4S and took 3 months and 1 day from order to being in my drive.
and I didn’t...
Well good to know there is another ice blue across here. I needed something more anonymous unfortunately.
Agree about the power and every day usability. I've owned sports bikes which were either on or off and were not happy unless in licence losing territory.
This thing is a pussy cat - until...
I’m in Northumberland and don’t see many Taycano up here (or GT’s!) but I parked close to a Turbo in your colour in Cramlington recently.
Great looking car and I can’t imagine what those extra horses you have over mine feel like!
You could always try Taycans sister!
Looks pretty decent in red too.
I spent a long time specc’ing and test driving a Taycan 4S in Volcano grey but the dealer just couldn’t commit to less than 18 months wait time.. On top of that they did not have a price guarantee so any increase would be...
