I had connectivity issues that weeks, going back and forth with Germany. I finally brought the car into the dealer, where it sat for a long while. Then this update came out and things started working. Haven't had an issue since, except for that short outage a few days ago for the phone app...

The My Porsche app stopped receiving trip information (and could not send commands to the car) from my vehicle on 10/19. I didn’t notice that until a few days later, after the gps antenna got replaced. After that I did the factory reset with customer service over the phone, but again, no luck.

My car is also at the dealer, because I can no longer login. They had me do a factory reset and removed my account, when it was not refreshing before, which was probably a mistake. They said they were now waiting on some parts from Germany. I do recall turning on the wifi option, but it not...

Is a hard-reset of the PCM the same as the 12v battery disconnect? Or something different? I'm bringing my car into the dealership on Monday. I still can't log in and now I've been getting an "Error: Charging currently not possible" after a while, which prevents the car from charging to the limit.

I tried the 12v battery disconnect solution and it still didn’t fix my issue. I guess I’ll just wait for Porsche to get back to me.

This is basically my experience. I did a factory reset as requested by a customer service rep, but now I can’t login at all. They’ve escalated my case to Germany they said. So maybe something in their backend is screwy.

I had the same issue where the app stopped connecting to the car on 10/19 (though it kept saying up-to-date). The car went into the dealer for something (unrelated?) where they had to replace the GPS antenna when the car was intermittently complaining about "Emergency call function error."...
