  1. Deep Dive into Cayenne EV (including battery and charging system) - article

Any info published so far on range or efficiency?
  2. Moving on to a 2026 GTS

Looks are subjective but I actually prefer the J1.2 look. Whenever I see a J1 I see a crying face with those massive tears. It’s a tiny bit better when that black tear blends with the car color (blue or black) but on a white car I really just see a crying cat…
  3. Trip planner in app not working

Great. You’d think this is a critical part of their app (especially for EVs) and there would be more urgency on Porsche’s end to fix it. It has been now 3 days. No wonder they need help from Rivian to build an agile SW dev culture lol
  4. Trip planner in app not working

Hello, The in-app trip planner stopped working for my Porsche and throws the attached error message. I saw on Reddit a few folks who have had the same issue but wondering how widespread it is and if it only affects folks in the US or also in Europe (I’m in the US). I also have a 2nd gen...
  5. Bay Area to Reno in a single charge

Which car do you have face lift or pre facelift and what battery? The 2025 is definitely a roadtrip monster - was able to drive it down to LA from the peninsula and only did a single 12min stop on the way while driving 80mph+. My Rivian or former Tesla would require 2 stops (maybe 3) and take...
  6. Finally, better range in my new to me 2021 4S

Your actual usage shouldn’t be influenced by past drive. Only thing that might be influenced is the translation of SoC into remaining miles per drive. I’d wager that most of the improvement you are seeing are better weather - temperature plays a huge role, especially on shorter drive. If...
  7. Retrofitting original sport chrono clock

Very cool, thanks for sharing! Mine is still see warranty (and is a lease), so won’t attempt but if I get another Taycan I’ll definitely come back to this post.
  8. New J1.2 Taycan Software Update -- New Features Detailed

The new update is supposed to provide a performance app (pictured on the first post of the thread). I don’t have it on my car. Does anyone in the US have it? Do you guys know if it’s only available without chrono package?
  9. OBD II Data State of Health

Yes. My guess is that it detects something that’s like a state of repair and it initiates the warning in case someone is actually working on the high voltage battery. the OBDM hasn’t been super useful in the Taycan tbh so I’m in the process of returning it.
  10. OBD II Data State of Health

Have the same ~65% SoH on a 2025 Taycan with 8k miles. I think what everyone else says is right - likely a bug
  11. Anyone with PIWIS?

    Thank you!
  12. New J1.2 Taycan Software Update -- New Features Detailed

Hello, Got the update on my 2025 Taycan RWD but can’t seem to find the performance app? I’m in the US; wondering if it only applies if you have the chrono package? Anyone with a 2025 Taycan in the US can confirm whether they got it?
  13. Anyone with PIWIS?

Great thread, glad I stumbled upon it :) Wondering if anyone has been able/ knows how to activate innodrive/ active lane keep? Bought on lot and that’s the one feature my 2025 is missing and Porsche hasn’t enabled downloading/ subscribing to any add’l functionalities for 2025 unfortunately… I...
