Go to a dealership and ask for a buy bid, and ask them directly how much the “bad carfax” affects it.

For US folks in this situation - if you get minor damage to plastic parts I had very good results with paintedoemparts.com and recommend them.

My advice on this is the same as it always is, regardless of geopolitical tension. There is never a good financial reason to buy a Porsche. However, that is not why we do so. I really wouldn't buy any car as a speculative investment.
