I was able to achieve 270kw charging speed many times without using the navigation system to precondition the battery. While I drive on the freeway for 30-45 minutes, my battery is usually around 90-95F. I also need to be in the "sweet spot" of SOC range (10-30%) to be able to hit high charging...

The most I have seen in the odometer was maybe 260 miles but I don't worry too much about this. The usable battery capacity is 83.7 kWh on a Taycan with Performance Plus Battery. If my math are correct: 88.3/33kWh for 100 miles = 267 miles of range.

With my Taycan GTS, I average 33kWh/100 miles on highway driving around 70mph. It effectively gives me 270 miles of real range.

Did you enable the feature within the My Porsche APP as instructed here? https://www.porsche.com/usa/apple-maps-ev-routing/ Once completed, you can see SOC on arrival at the charging stop and Apple Maps will instruct you how long you must charge. See here:

It's my third Taycan and it's the first time I'm noticing I don't have regen. Currently at 100 miles, I don't have any regen but found the brake discs unusually warm when I come home... Also hearing the "clonk" when I slightly press the accelerator which I assume are the pads being depressed...
