Thanks @Ruthi. What's the phone number for corporate? I know they send via Fedex Priority and if it wasn't for the winter storm it wouldn't have taken less time. But then again none of this really matters if they keep sending the wrong part!

It's a Bay Area dealer. Many competitors. This is a large dealer with other brands. It's just that after this mishap I don't have a lot of confidence in the other service items. Anyways, we'll see. Interestingly enough the issue is that my headlights are white and Germany keeps sending blue...

They can do PPF and Ceramic inhouse... so maybe I ask for that? Was planning to take the car to OCDetailing because I'd prefer not to compromise on quality. But if the dealer can do a good job then I could be convinced...
