Thanks. The car is not in private mode and only one app is on the phone. I haven't tried disconnecting the 12v battery. Have never done it before. Will see if I want to be brave!

Got the WNA5 update done today. Took about 2 hrs. Still alive and running since the update. The service rep didn't have much idea about the update. For the alarm issue, they ordered the alarm module he said. So will have to come back for that replacement.

One car recall is possible if the recall management software operates on the PCM operating system.

In my attempt it worked fine. But I did notice that the on screen messages on the charger are misleading. It seems like it ended the session but then it starts charging. Try plugging it in and not touch it for few mins and see if goes anywhere. It's not a very far interface yet.
