It happened to me at first when I used 75% profile. It would charge to 72-73% and then stop. Yesterday I tried direct charging and it stopped at 97%. So it’s the same behavior whether using profiles or direct charging.

Okay, talked to my installer today, and he sounded like he knew about it already from past Porsches he worked on. He told me that he’ll use heat and “special” tools to remove them without leaving a residue or damaging the clear coat.

That’s what I wanted to hear. Thanks for sharing your experience. I still didn’t talk to my installer about it yet, but I probably will tell them to take extra precautions when removing it, not to damage the paint. I read online that “experts” remove them with heat.
