I have the EVSE that comes standard with the 2022 Taycan 4s. What is this PMC+ setting to which you are referring? I have set the amperage to 8, as recommended by the dealer.
I’m not looking for lounges. I travel throughout New England states and meet lots of families at charging stations with toddlers. Traveling is tough enough for a kid, having to wait for a charge makes them even more frustrated. I want EV stations with Shake Shacks and playgrounds.
That’s an interesting point. We bought our Taycan in Aug 2021 and had only a few hot New England days with it. We kept our food in the cabin, in a cooler strapped in the a seatbelt, as suggested earlier in the conversation.

so…. This morning I could not toggle Direct Charging. Later, I opened the app, the old one, and the toggle has reappeared. I can’t explain it. I’ll just assume user error and move one.

I recently completed the “WML2” recall, as well, and can no longer limit charging to anything less than 100%. I’ve scanned the settings in my car and on both phone apps, the old and new. Has any one sorted this out? Should I care if level 2 charging always gets me to 100%
