If you did have a green light, then you need to re-configure & re-connect it to your home network. Approach the charger with your iPhone that has your Chargepoint app and follow the instructions. This is similar to the procedure you used when you initially installed the charger. Good luck.

Are you referring to the 2nd renewal?

The Porsche Support rep told me I needed to renew the charging agreement on the 1st year and then it will renew automatically the following years.

Since the update & EA Maintenance, I didn't need to use the My Porsche app as the P&C worked. I did use the app to initiate the charge prior to the update when I was only able to get P&C ~50% of the time. Only needed to Call EA once to get the charger initiated.

Yes, I repeated the complete process of programming the Taycan's Garage Door function to the Lift Master Door opener, including resetting the opener by pressing the "Yellow" button. I followed the instruction in the Taycan Manual. Good luck.
