Looks like just the sacrificail panel got damaged (that’s what it’s there for). I have the same thing although mine just has a crack in the panel toward the front of the car. They wanted to remove inspect and replace for about $900 I declined as I know when the damage occurred and have driven...
Just changed tires from factory Pirelli Scorpions on my 2022 GTS to Eagle F1A All Seasons - ride just as well and considerably cheaper. Don’t know how they’ll wear but I am pleased with the ride.
The dealers don't do anything different from when they sell a non-cpo'd vehicle except generate the paperwork that appears that they did. The only thing you get when you purchase a CPO'd car from Porsche is the potential to enforce any claim, but they will make you work for it or possibly seek...
China is going to keep plugging away producing quality vehicles and more and more affordable pricing that will find there homes in Europe and elsewhere and we will be in the exact same place we were when we ignored Datsun and Toyota.
Porsche server issue’s drive me crazy - I waste time trying to figure out what’s wrong then realize it’s not on my end and reach out to Porsche who always claims there having no issues, then an hour or hours later everything is back up and running.
Some of the issues that are familiar:

i would estimate that 50% of the software glitches you noted, I have experienced with my 2022 Taycan GTS and at least 75% I’ve experienced with my 2025 R1T Tri. Makes me believe that the phone integration is at the heart of a great deal of these issues
I’m pretty sure it will resolve in the next day or two. Please post if it resolves on its own and they reach out to you asking for more info - would be curious
Almost without fail, every software issue I’ve had for the past three years has been on Porsches network end. I’ve called support, they are very nice and make you go through all the typical steps that you probably tried a half dozen times, then they tell you someone will reach back out within...
Definitely can’t patch/plug if on the edge.
Don’t take to dealer, they’ll never patch/plug, they always want to sell tire (as a side note, many dealers drive your car down the road to a tire shop and up charge you).
Plug and patch it. I’m in the screw business and regularly have screws in my tires from my warehouse. Always plug and patch (but you can only have one per tire). Should cost you about $20
I thought the $1,000 they charged me was ridiculous but I didn't argue or shop around as I had a $600 service voucher I had to use this year, so $400 net was not a big deal. You definitely should not be paying anymore then I did.
In retrospect, I would have leased as the resale on my 2022 GTS would prove difficult. In the next few months I intend to Lease a Rivian R1T (lesson learned). DEFINITELY do not go with the CPO! I would take $110,000 for my 2022 GTS with 15,000 miles, never an issue, all recalls performed

I hope you are correct. Doesn’t bother me too much as I am enjoying the car and I know it will have some value (despite my hyperbole), however, I do anticipate a concern of older batteries, Porsche costs to replace, not to mention the political BS surrounding electrics.
