MyPorsche iPhone app not updating car data

On Nov 16 I picked up my new 2025 RWD. Each night I opened the iPhone app. I enjoyed reviewing my current range and battery status. Then I click on Vehicle Details, and All Trip Data. Next I would review the data for the day showing my mi/kWh, and my avg mi/kWh Total since my purchase in Nov. My car has about 1700 miles.
This data has stopped updating after February 2nd. On the main page of the app, I would refresh the page and would see a notice in the upper left corner that would say Loading Vehicle Data. In a second or two it will say Just Updated - but the data doesn't refresh. Any ideas why this is not working? The car is connected to Porsche Connect. When I am close to the car, it is connected via bluetooth.
Does anyone know if this request for a car data update has to connect through a Porsche server in the cloud? Is anyone else having this connection problem?
My iPhone is running iOS 18.3. I wonder if Porsche has to update their app to work with 18.3.

I had the same issue with my 2025.
There is some disconnect where the car loses its connection to the Porsche servers aka Deutsche Wolke.

I resolved it once by calling Porsche Connect, but then it happened again within a few weeks.
I ended up taking it in for a workshop update that updated several modules and now it’s been fine.

My app would connect until 8am this morning.
It's now showing as being 5 hours since it last connected.
Guess the Porsche servers are down again. (I'm in the UK.)
Or my LTE has broken again and needs another dealer visit to reset it.

A day or two later the problem mysteriously rectify’s. A day or two after that they email you to follow up and ask for some more info. Obviously they know there is an issue on their end and for some corporate, unethical, BS reason they don’t just tell you that and pretend like they didn’t already make a correction on their end. This is every single time.

I tried to reboot my Porsche Connect system in the car. My can still can't connect with app to update the data. I will just have to wait for a response from support. The support rep was forwarding my photos and screenshots to Germany.

I’m pretty sure it will resolve in the next day or two. Please post if it resolves on its own and they reach out to you asking for more info - would be curious

If not, the only fix I'm aware of [and experienced] was a dealer visit. They reset the LTE module, which was a 15 mins job.

In the USA, we just call 1-800-PORSCHE and they will help you out with troubleshooting and then escalate the case to Germany. There must be a similar UK number you can call.

Ultimately though, I needed a trip to the dealership for many software modules to be updated before my app connectivity was restored.

I had the same issue with the app. As ct4s said it turned out to be car LTE not working properly for some reason. I turned it off and on again and it resolved the problem.
Mine has been out for a week. How did you reset the LTE? Mine has been on home WiFi but it doesn’t change anything. I have a 2025 so the 2 finger reset doesn’t work like the previous generation.
