I have not seen anything like this. But it wouldn’t be hard to have a custom unit made to accomplish a level floor.
I have both a Cayenne and a Cross Turismo, the Cayenne has a level floor. Because of the low loading height of the CT, I have not noticed the lip to be a problem.
You might be able to use steam or heat to blend it out. I’ve had success with that in the past on other leather seats. If you have to pay the bill yourself, it might be worth at try.
