I ordered my tacan ST 4s in January this year and had a phone call from dealer this week saying it’s waiting to be shipped from emdon to Grimsby and should be with me this month. The myporsche app still says scheduled for production. I ordered the Bose upgraded so I’m very surprised it’s on the way.

I hope it is. Mines scheduled for production next month but I have a suspicion that I will have to pay the price increase.

im in the same situation, I’ve ordered a 4s Sport turismo delivery for November. im currently on phase 2 in the Porsche app. Does this mean I’m expected to pay another £1500?

Ive also ordered a chalk/crayon Taycan ST4s. I went with high gloss window trims and high gloss door handles. All personal opinions of course.

always seemed helpful when I’ve contacted them. Can’t believe there is that much difference in delivery times between the GTS and 4s. Obviously the GTS is a more popular car?

Just curious, did your dealer offer you a paint protection product where they put something onto the paintwork and also offer a alloy/dent product? who/do many people take this or not?

yeah very true… my dealer did mention there had been a fire at the factory who supply the batteries. He said this could delay the delivery if they don’t get it sorted In time. has anyone else heard this?

It was Hull Porsche. just hope we are making the right decision regards practically as we have a young family (8 & 5) was blown away with the test drive, it was a gts we tried so hoping the 4s comes close just couldn’t afford the gts.

Yeah I’m amazed to be fair…. I’ve locked in the price and now have the app on my phone. It’s gone into phase two which is a free trip to silverstone for the day. dealer said build start date would be August/September I think

Thanks for the reply! We went with the standard seats as we won’t be doing a great deal of miles with it. Maybe 6000 per year. And didn't feel the need for 14 way adjustable. moving from an Audi sq5, so first ever Porsche and first ev. Can’t wait
