    Taycan Drifting!

With the amount of time he spends disconnected from the road... im guessing he has slicks on in the rain. I can barely get that loose on ice...

So I bought the Michelin CC2 and I dunno - did I make a mistake

I had discount tire put Michelin sport AS on mine and I immediately noticed pulling to the left and right during hard acceleration. Thought it was alignment too but it wasn't. They broke in after about 1,000 miles and now they feel fine. I suspect yours will as well.

    Radar Detector Recommendations

Yeah, there is no easy/direct way to get to Aspen. Independence Pass is one of the windiest/narrowest passes in Colo and the taycan would shred that pass and the tires and your passengers stomach. No joke, i always have a barf bag in my car, too many times i didnt and wish i did. Breck is the...

    Radar Detector Recommendations

Expect multiple speed traps on 82 between Glenwood and Aspen. Or take Independence pass which would be amazing but bring yack sacks for your passenger and be prepared to buy new tires in Aspen.

    Radar Detector Recommendations

Waze is a good app for traffic and users do report locations of police (which is helpfull) but my experience is the police that have been flagged by waze users are typically not actively gunning drivers, rather just posted up on the side of the road. Frequently Colorado cops work as teams or...

    Radar Detector Recommendations

Colorado resident here that uses the Uniden R7 ($550 ebay). GPS memory is a must as it silences all of the false hits. Otherwise, it never stops buzzing. In Colorado there are 3 main types of radar guns. K band which is used by the county police/sheriff, easy detectable, lots of false hits. KA...

Northern Spain and Portugal - Spring Driving Trip

Gorgeous pics. IMO, the CT and ST were made to drive on mountain roads, it is pure bliss and no other car even comes close. Obv, the sedan is equal to the task but lacks the clearance and space needed for longer mountain drives.

    Stone chip on glass roof

I have the glass rider on my insurance and it covers all glass. Saved my tens of thousands over the years, fairly cheap too. Ive changed 3 windshields over the last 5 months, never the actual pano roof but my agent tells me it's covered too.

    9 systems errors at once

Everything seems to be firmly in place. It does make sense that is it something of that nature. How could so many different, unrelated areas of the car go into fault at the same time...? I have a service appt on Friday. Thanks for your guidance.

    9 systems errors at once

The red cap was completely off but I dont think that affected the battery. The other connection i could see was firmly in place. Is there another hidden connector?

    9 systems errors at once

Yesterday I had 9 systems errors pop up at once while driving, the audio source even cut out. All errors said that the car was ok to continue driving but that it needed to be serviced asap. The driving dynamics of the car also changed when the errors popped up. Braking and suspension were the...

    Carbon Fiber Diffuser Installed

Looks awesome. Is the car in lowered mode? The diffuser is very close to the ground and I imagine it would scrape on every dip.

    Ferrari Luce EV

Couldn't agree more. I pulled up next to a Purosangue the other day and nearly puked 🤢. Can't believe someone would actually buy that car.

    Community Feedback to Porsche?

I'd like to see a software update that reconfigures the center console to something I can actually access without tying myself into a knot.

    Richard Hammond's new car is a J1.2 CT4S!

Im not going to argue with you on looks, although I do think they are equally beautiful. I excluded the sedan because the trunk/boot is not practical in any way.

    Richard Hammond's new car is a J1.2 CT4S!

Just another reminder that this car (CT/ST) is probably the best combination of practicality, performance and looks ever. I can't think of another car that is even close...

800 mile road trip through Colorado Rockies

I have the Tesla app and there are about 4 tesla stations that will charge Taycans in WY. All in the center of the state and none on I25 and I80, which is the only place you really need them. Driving into a typical 60mph WY breeze will drop your range to worthless.

Ford vs Porsche and “other drivers”

I first began noticing this after buying my first Porsche (panamera turbo) and still notice it today. It's seldom but it does happen and for different reasons I think. Most aggressive drivers are trying to coax me into driving aggressive with them and depending on the circumstances I may oblige...

Scummy UK arseholes - rant content only

Don't try looking for logic in these types of actions, like why. There is none. Just know the world is filled with people that make bad decisions (for many different reasons, most illogical) and those people live difficult lives because of their decision making. This thought alone brings me a...
