I have the same issue on my 2020. I took it to the dealer and they claim it's because the seats are dirty. I wish they went their detailer clean the seats to prove it was because they were dirty but they didn't.
Unfortunately, you are coming from the best Software UI to one of the worst. I still get frustrated with how bad it is every time I drive. With that being said, I love how car drives.
