Hi,

I am looking for a second hand Taycan as a daily/company car (most probably 4S).
I'll have it on lease for 2-3 years, max 10.000km per year.

I was wondering if there were significant different/upgrades between each year?
Are there years to really avoid?

Thanks.

PS: I currently use a Volvo Polestar Hybrid S60, and I had a Model 3 LR just before (no problem with both cars).

If you only have it for two to three years just get one that has a warranty the entire time. Only real difference was in 2021 the cell chemistry supposably changed in the battery and you have the ability to plug and charge. The early 2020 cars did have problems but those have all been sorted by now. The fact is all model years of taycans are having problems so there is no good year to try to avoid that. Just find the one that best fits your options and color requirements. It’s a fantastic vehicle in any trim or year. One thing of note is if your going turbo the 2020 model year had bigger front brakes then onward.
