Used 2022 or new 2023 CT4

I have a new 2023 CT4 on order but I've begun wondering if it might be better to go with a used 2022 CT4. Is there much if any difference between a base 2022 and a base 2023 CT4 if both have the upgraded software? Right now paying a bit over MSRP for my 2023 order. I see that most used 2022s, dealers are asking 4 or 5k over the sticker.

If the specs are exactly what I want, I'd go with a low mileage 22 with hopefully minimal to no rock chips and obviously all original paint. A 23 feels like more $ for less delivered.
