My 4S is arriving in Switzerland in week 53 and then handed over in week 1 or 2. So I am hoping it is week 1 to start 2021 with more fun compared to most of 2020!!!!

My 2021 Turbo S was originally slotted to deliver Dec 18, 2020 but I made configuration changes and that pushed it to 1/21/21....

I fully understand, but over here the year of registration is considered as most important. Thete's a case to be made for both. Anyways, been driving by the dealer showroom several times to see my car. Monday Jan 4th I'm registering the car and hope to pick it us asap aftdr that.

Same in Ireland – the date of registration is part of the registration number plate. For example: 211-D-5000 would be the 5000th car registered in Dublin (county name) in the first half of 2021. A car registered today in Cork, Ireland might be 202-C-5000. So you can tell the date of registration (to nearest 6 months) of every car by its registration plate.
