We have a 2022 Turbo with just over 40,000 miles.
There was an issue where the car would only charge to 80% and yellow electrical warning was displayed After inspection and diagnosis at Porsche it was confirmed that battery module number 4 was faulty.
As the HV battery is under Porsche warranty they have agreed to deal with the issue, but on tracking the car it looks as though our car is not at an approved Porsche centre, but is with an independent third party in Newark called Autocraft EV Solutions?
It is usual that Porsche sub out battery repairs to an independent? Has anyone on here experienced this?
Thanks
