What’s different on the 4S is what’s under the bumper, right? On the front, the splitter is different than the Turbo, but the bumper area looks the same. On the back, the rear diffuser and surrounding trim are different but the “body” parts look the same to me. Time to zoom/enhance and really look, closely!

The front of a 4S, Turbo (painted bits) and Turbo S (carbon bits) is certainly slightly different but the rear bumper is the same Apart from again the slightly carbon or painted elements.

Apart from these details the shapes are the same as far as I am aware and I was also told this by a Porsche specialist at the UK launch.

Anyone care to post the differences here to educate us would be great.

Yes. Minor nuances but still different. Something a big Taycan fan or owner would notice, but the average person might not recognize.

Very minor differences there indeed. The SRAP I propose to have done should sort that. Coming back to the post on page 3 by ThomasDK your photos confirm that the white car posted does indeed have after market bumpers.

Looks better from the front like this by not fully colour coding the centre part of the front splitter. Would be interesting to see whether the back has been done also.

Could well be but certainly a difference. They may have used filler in some places as where the lip meets the bumper its not as pronounced as the plastic version. Same where the side sill meets the body and also the read bumper.
