I’m comparing the price of the unpainted wheels on the OP car which are great and the wheels in high gloss black. Same wheel just different paint. Really expensive paint.

It is odd, the silver wheels are still painted with machined highlights the only difference is one is silver paint and the other is black.

Luckily for me I don't like gloss black wheels with machined highlights so bought the silver ones I prefer, though I have considered having them painted all over vesuvius grey since the lacquered shiny bits tend to get white corrosion showing.
