I have tried searching the forum (and internet), but cannot seem to find a good thread about this option. My apologies if I am mistaken.
I have ordered a 2025 CT4S and I am considering the PAR mainly for comfort reasons, although the handling would be a bonus. Anyone that has a good link, or better yet, real experience from how it behaves in the Taycan? I understand it's been refined for the Taycan compared to the Panamera.
Should be stated that I rarely drive aggressively, but it does happen, but don't think I'll have much use for the included PTV to be honest.

I've driven a 4S CT with active ride last Thursday at the PEC Hockenheimring, sorry, I don't have any Porsche to compare, so it's just my impression I got from an hour's drive.

For me it's hard to compare it to the previous Taycan because I only had 400 km mainly on Autobahn with it (4 CT).

I'd say it works great - but the price is probably not for everyone.

We were driving around the Porsche built round course.
When you put it in Sport or Sport+ it will stop leaning in corners and just keep the car flat. Miraculously so, not a hint of body roll.
If you have it on normal, it will actively lean and reduce the g load on your body. We had 14 way seats, which don't grip my back very well, so I primarily noticed that I wasn't sliding left and right as much.
For passengers the effect is more pronounced as they don't have the steering wheel to hold onto. My girlfriend enjoyed it, felt like a rollercoaster ?

Comfort aspects are a bit hard to grasp on a track. Still I think in normal mode it absorbed the uneven surface very well.

For us the system never felt strange, like something you'd need to get used to (like some said for the Panamera version, if I read that correctly). I'd love to have a go over the roads I know well.

One fear voiced in forums is the aspect that you'd feel disconnected or floaty. No, definitely not. As a driver you always have good feedback on what is going on. It feels very planted and just goes where you want it to go.

I've ordered it for my 4 CT as well, as I'm convinced that I can't use more power, but can have more fun with improved cornering. That's why I also ordered PTV+.

Autogefühl said in one of the videos on YouTube the base air suspension is improved over the previous generation so much, that it even beats PDCC. And as such wouldn't recommend active ride for the price.

Awesome, thank you so much for taking the time to write this. Exactly the type of feedback I was hoping for.
will have to do some thinking, there are for sure options which I could probably exchange for the AR, like the Burmester and Olea leather…although I really enjoyed the sound of the BM in my previous CT….
What a dilemma, it’s like that sobby story about a ghost raping an owl…..

boo-fuckin-hoo!

I have also been looking for real world reviews, nothing so far.

thanks RacingDuck for the comments, good to see as I've selected it. The "active lean" function can be turned off if you don't like it.

I would suggest not to invest top much money on it. Under one year with mine and with the $72K battery case and affected area cost. I am thinking of trading in for something else next year.
