Alarm triggered while charging

Hello, I'm currently charging for the first time at a friend's home (setup is identical to my home, 10A on both) and the alarm is triggered while plugged in. It did this several times but stopped once I opened the tailgate.
The Porsche connect app didn't refresh since yesterday.

Did it hapen to you? Isn't the car supposed to show some kind of alert, at least about the false positive alarm? There's no event recorded in the dashboard.
