Another stupid question !

I don’t recall reading anything on this but I may be wrong. Is there a way to keep all the displays off and touch disabled while cleaning them ? If not, it may be a refinement Porsche should consider for further updates.

I had the same issue, but found no better solution than switching it off and having the central panel in "show battery state"-mode. It has few active buttons then... but I did press "direct charge" once and disabled it ;-)!

Thicker microfiber cloth, doubled up, so your hands stay further away. Not perfect, but it helps.
