I currently have a Samsung galaxy s22 phone and am looking to upgrade to either a Samsung s24 phone or an IPhone 15 phone. I have been using wireless android auto with my Taycan and Samsung s22 and think it works great with the Google assistant, Google maps, messages, and Spotify.
My wife and family all use IPhones and they are trying to convince me to get the IPhone 15 so we can all use imessages and facetime. From the 30 minutes I tried apple car play with my wife’s IPhone 13 in my Taycan I thought Google maps seemed to work better with the Google assistant button on the steering wheel than how Google maps worked with the ask siri button on the steering wheel. I use Google maps quite a bit so that is an important feature to work well for me. For those people that have tried both Apple Car play and Android Auto what are your thoughts on the major pros and cons of each with their Taycan?
