I'm an August (birthday month!) delivery for a Taycan RWD after bailing on a previously ordered BMW i4 M50 (they are having major chip/part issues!). My Taycan is Gentian Blue with Black interior with a good amount of options including: Premium and Technology packages, PB+, 19.2kw AC and 400V DC chargers plus 20" wheels.

Scheduled for Production: 05/13
Start Production: 06/26
Production Complete: 07/01
Ready for Transport: 07/01

Since my dealer isn't far from the port in San Diego, its nice that the schedule is compact. Is it normal to be at the port for 2 weeks before heading to the dealer? I presume that is when they do the final updates to the car. I'm really excited for my 1st ever Porsche (after 2 BMW and 2 Mercedes). I hope the chip shortage doesn't cause any features to be deleted!

Sorry replying to my own post. I ended up cancelling this build as I fell into a 4S that was available over the weekend. If someone is looking for something (frozen) and on this timeline please PM me and i'll connect you to my SA. Delivery is just north of Los Angeles.

TYD just updated for me!

Current status now shows "In-Production" (was previously showing "Pre-Production").

My ETA also moved up a week from 08/19 to 08/12. The previous Start Production date was 06/03, which has since been updated to 06/20. Looks like things are finally moving along.

Thanks for the update ... i just refreshed my TYD and found that I too have moved to "In-Production" with the same change to Start Production date (pushed back from 06/03 to 06/20). My ETA has also moved up a week, from 08/05 to 07/29.

I ordered a Neptune Blue GTS in November 2021, and it’s slated to arrive at my dealer on 2022-08-19. The date has moved several times, from June to July to August, recently moving from 2022-08-12 to 2022-08-19 within the last ten days.

My estimated delivery date moved back to 2022-08-12. TYD shows that the "start production" milestone was to be reached yesterday, but the vehicle is still showing "scheduled for production", and its current status is "pre-production".

I might be on the same boat as you guys. My delivery date in San Diego is 8/12 as well. The car just finished production on 6/24 and shows ready to transport…. Original delivery date was 6/10, deposit was placed on 1/28.

Just found out I’m on the Goliath Leader. Does anyone know how to find that’s ships schedule? TYD says its going to take 36 days to get to San Diego (6/30-8/5) which seems quite a bit longer than other ships’ schedules I’ve seen on the forum… Is Anyone else on this Ship??
